Extended Techniques and it’s Possibilities in Decoloniality

Abstract

We discuss some concepts related to decoloniality and extended techniques. These concepts are used as a base in the theoretical framework of an ongoing research that pretends to delimit the possibilities of rupture of some contemporary musical practices with the concept of conservatorial habitus. We also present some examples of musical practices that can be categorized as decolonial.
